All 3D design files, product designs, documentation, images, logos, and other content created by buildONYX are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License (When You Purchase)

When you purchase or receive authorized access to our 3D design files, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and store the files for personal use
• Print the designs for personal, non-commercial use
• Create physical objects from our designs for your own use

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Distribute or Share Files: Share, distribute, sell, or give away our digital design files to anyone who has not purchased them
• Commercial Use: Use our designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our designs
• Mass Production: Use our designs for mass production or manufacturing

Crowdfunding Participation

When participating in our crowdfunding campaigns:

• Rewards and delivery timelines are estimates and may change
• Your participation constitutes a pledge, not a traditional purchase
• Refund policies are governed by the crowdfunding platform's terms
• Early access or beta files are subject to additional restrictions

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep your account information secure and confidential
• Use our services lawfully and respectfully
• Report any unauthorized distribution of our files
• Comply with all applicable laws when 3D printing our designs

Safety and Liability
